14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Every paid plan on adjiQ ships with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If adjiQ isn't a fit for any reason, email us within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund the full amount to your original payment method. No questions asked, no forms to fill.
What's Covered
- Monthly and annual subscriptions — full refund within 14 days of the initial charge.
- Pay-as-you-go credit packs — full refund within 14 days if fewer than 10% of the credits have been consumed.
- Renewal charges — refundable within 14 days of the renewal date if you did not intend to renew.
Free Trial
New accounts include a 5-day free trial. No card is required to start, so there is nothing to refund. If you activate a paid plan after the trial, the 14-day guarantee starts from the first paid charge.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@adjiq.com from the address on your account. Include your order number if you have it — we can look you up by email too. Refunds land back on the original card within 5–10 business days.
What's Not Covered
- Requests made more than 14 days after the charge.
- Accounts terminated for violating the Terms of Service (license sharing, chargeback fraud, abuse).
- Chargebacks filed before contacting support — please email us first, and we will refund you directly.
